Notary Public Real Estate Loan Signing Seminar

This course prepares students to expand their business by providing notary services for real estate loans as a loan signing agent. (For students who are not yet a commissioned notary public, this Loan Signing class should be taken AFTER the Notary Public Test Preparation class.)
 
CLASS REQUIREMENTS:

1.  Students will need to bring their Government ID, arrive to class on time, and provide an email address during this course registration process to receive materials and their certificate of course completion.
2. Admittance to the class will close 10 minutes after the start time.                                                       
3.  Students must bring their government photo ID —when a student enters the classroom, they are required to show a photo ID at the start and at the end of the class.
4. Students must attend the entire duration of the designated training hours.
5. If a student is absent from the class or does not attend the entire class, the student will not receive credit/certification.

2.       Notary Loan Signing (practice) package
3.       Journal example page
4.       Notary Public forms
5.       Certificate of completion (next day, after completion of the seminar)
